SCAN CENTRAL

For coaches

You already filmed it.
Read it before Tuesday.

A match you recorded on Saturday becomes a report you can publish on Sunday: possession and territory, what each moment of the game looked like, and one specific thing per player to work on — in time to build the session around it.

Create a coach account What a seat costs

No card is taken. If your league has given you a join code, put it in and you land in their league with nothing to pay — their contract covers your seat. If you have not got one, start on your own: the squads, the players and everything you scout are yours, and a code moves you across later.

The week it is actually built around

Saturday Film the match A phone on the fence. The camera page locks focus, exposure and white balance so the second half is readable, and warns you about storage before kick-off rather than at half-time.
Sunday Read it, then correct it The scout does the counting. You map the shirt numbers it could not read, fix what it got wrong, and nothing reaches a family until you publish it.
Tuesday Train what the match showed The report's work-ons come with drills that train them, and the session plan picks them up — so the session is about the match rather than about a plan you wrote in the car park.

What a seat gives you

  • Five scouts, one rubric. A match, a squad's tactical shape, an individual player, a technique clip, and the SCAN Combine — all scored against the same standard, so a number means the same thing in December as it did in August.
  • A weekly scouting allowance, shown as a percentage rather than a bill. On the entry seat that is about one full match read, or a squad's worth of technique clips, each week. It does not roll over, and nothing is charged when a read fails.
  • The squad admin you already do. Roster from a photo of a team sheet, the season schedule from a photo of the fixture list, attendance, minutes, equal-playing-time totals, and a one-page printable team sheet.
  • Messages that reach parents, with a texting add-on if email is not enough — from a number they can reply to, and never written as if it came from you when it did not.
  • Nothing is published on your behalf. Every score a family reads was reviewed and released by you. A read nobody reviewed is a draft.

What it costs a coach

Coach $108.99 / season

About $8.00 of scouting a week. The one most coaches start on.

Coach Plus $189.98 / season

About $12.00 of scouting a week.

A coach on a league contract pays nothing — the league is billed, and the seat carries the contract's allowance. A coach paying for themselves keeps everything they have if a league later picks up the seat.
